Chipotle Style Mexican Guacamole

Guacamole is a traditional Mexican delicacy made of rich avacado along with spices gives great taste to palate.

A make-ahead, gluten-free meal that’s adaptable to tastes and always a crowd pleaser. As is, it’s vegetarian (actually, vegan) but add grilled chicken for the non-vegetarian in your family. This wholesome meal is full of proteins bursting with flavours.
Tips
- Use avacado with stem and if it peals of smoothly then it is ripe, creamy and ready for guacamole preparation.
- Guacamole taste best when made fresh and consumed immediately, If you need to store the guacamole for longer duration then avoid using onions as it has water content which reduce the shelf life. Store guacamole in air tight container and while serving add diced onions.

Guacamole
- Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Tomato - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp or to taste
- Taco Masala - 1 tsp or to taste
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp or to taste
- Coriander - 2 tbsp or to taste

- Tortillas Chips
- Nachos
Instructions
- Separate avacado from middle and slit the avacado.
- Transfer the avacado to mixing bowl and mash using the fork until it turns creamy.
- Add Jalapeno to taste which gives tangy flavor.
- Add coriander salt, chaat masala, taco seasoning and lemon juice to taste.
- Mexican traditional guacamole is ready.
- Serve with Tortillas Chips & Nachos.
